AETHEL manufactures polishers for brands, importers and detailing-focused ranges. The category splits into automotive work — paint correction, compounding and finishing — and stone or surface polishing, and the two need different speeds, pads and ergonomics.
Our polisher programme is supplied under your brand with the backing pad, bonnet and case configuration your market sells.

What we build on the polisher line
The AL-PL series covers electric polishers in the disc sizes and body styles used for paint correction, compounding, waxing and surface finishing, supplied with the backing pad, wool or foam bonnets and the spindle arrangement the market expects. Variable speed is the feature buyers look for first, because polishing is done across a range of speeds within one panel — slow for cutting, faster for finishing. Confirm the disc size your market prefers, whether the tool should be a rotary or dual-action format, and whether the case, spare bonnets and pad set ship in the box.
How to specify a polisher order
Decide the application first: automotive detailing rewards a lighter machine with fine speed control, while stone and floor polishing needs more torque and a larger pad. Then fix the disc size, the no-load and variable speed range you intend to claim, and the spindle or backing-pad fitting so your customers can buy standard consumables. Confirm the handle and switch arrangement for extended use, whether a soft-start or constant-speed feature is required, then voltage and plug standard, cable length and packing format.
Private label and consumable pairing
Your brand goes on the housing, your colour on the body, your rating label and manual in the box. Polishers are usually sold with consumables, so we can pack the pad and bonnet set your market expects as one unit — which also gives you a natural place to attach your own brand to the consumable range later.
Certification and quality control
Polishers are built to CE, GS, UL and ETL requirements depending on the destination, with RoHS for European programmes. Pre-shipment inspection covers appearance, function, spindle run-out, speed control and the electrical safety tests your market enforces, with records available alongside the shipping documents.
MOQ, sampling and lead time
MOQ follows the model and the depth of customisation — logo and carton changes sit at the lower end, a new housing colour or bespoke pad configuration at the higher end. Sampling comes first: approve a pre-production unit, and production is scheduled from that approval date.
Finish the range with one supplier
Polisher buyers normally take grinders, drills and blowers on the same order. One manufacturer across the programme means one quality standard, one inspection regime and one consolidated shipment.
Send us the application, disc size and target price — we will confirm the models, the pad configuration and the MOQ.
Frequently asked questions
- What polisher types do you supply?
- Rotary polishers and dual-action (random-orbit) polishers. Rotary removes defects faster but needs an experienced operator; dual-action is the safer choice for retail and detailing markets. Which one you stock depends on who your customer is.
- What pad sizes are available?
- The backing pad size drives the whole accessory range, so it is worth fixing early. Confirm the pad diameter you need and we will supply the matching backing pad and pad set.
- What is the MOQ?
- 500 pcs per model, with mixed models inside the polisher range accepted on a first order.
- Is variable speed available?
- Yes on the models that carry electronic speed control. Give us your model list and we will confirm the speed ranges on the spec sheet rather than in the sales conversation.
