AETHEL

Handkreissägen

AETHEL supplies circular saws for brands, importers and trade ranges. Our cordless circular saw runs on the same 21V battery platform as the rest of the cordless range, so it can sit on a shelf next to a drill, grinder or impact wrench without adding another battery SKU to your inventory.

If your programme needs a corded circular saw, or a blade size and cutting depth the catalogue does not list yet, tell us — the factory network behind the catalogue is wider than the pages published here.

What we build on the circular saw line

The current cordless model is a 21V brushless circular saw running up to 11,000 RPM, supplied with a 2.0Ah battery, charger and plastic carry case. Blade diameter and maximum cutting depth are confirmed per model and per market rather than assumed, so tell us the blade size and the depth of cut your customers buy and we will quote the version that meets it — cordless on the 21V platform, or corded where the job needs continuous power.

How to specify a circular saw order

Start with blade diameter, because it sets the cutting depth and the whole price band. Then fix the depth of cut at 90° and at 45° that you intend to claim, and whether the base plate needs to bevel. Decide the voltage class if you are going cordless — the 21V platform covers most trade demand — or the motor rating if corded. Confirm the base plate material, the dust extraction port your market expects, whether a blade ships in the box, and the packaging format. Then settle the plug standard and the kit contents, and tell us your target retail price so we can point at the right specification instead of the most expensive one.

One battery platform across the range

The commercial argument for a platform is inventory. A 21V programme means one battery SKU and one charger SKU behind an entire shelf of tools, which cuts your stocking cost, simplifies your spare-parts position and gives customers a reason to come back for a second tool once they own the battery. A saw is usually the second or third tool a buyer adds, which makes it a natural fit for the platform rather than a standalone purchase.

Certification and quality control

Saws are built to the certification the destination market requires, with CE, UL and GS across the range depending on the model and, where relevant, FCC listing for North American programmes. Every order is inspected before shipment for appearance, function, runtime under load and the electrical safety tests your market enforces, with inspection records available alongside the shipping documents.

MOQ, sampling and lead time

MOQ is 500 pieces per model. Sampling takes one to two weeks from the point the specification is agreed, and the sample itself is free — the courier cost to your address is yours to cover. Production runs one to two months from approval, so if the saw is part of a wider platform launch, plan it as one programme rather than tool by tool.

Tell us the blade size, the cutting depth and the price band you are working to — we will quote the cordless or corded version that fits, with a sampling plan.
