AETHEL supplies jig saws for brands, importers and trade ranges. Our cordless jig saw runs on the same 21V battery platform as the rest of the cordless range — one battery, one charger, and a tool that covers curved and plunge cutting in timber, board and sheet material.
Tell us the materials your customers cut and the price band you need to hit, and we will confirm the specification, the blade system and the kit that goes with it.
What we build on the jig saw line
The current cordless model is a 21V brushless jig saw running up to 2,800 RPM, supplied with a 1.5Ah battery, charger and plastic carry case. Stroke length, cutting capacity in wood and steel, and whether the tool carries orbital action or a tool-free blade change are confirmed per model — tell us what your market compares on and we will quote the version that matches, cordless or corded.
How to specify a jig saw order
Fix the stroke rate and stroke length first, because together they decide what the tool can cut and how fast. Then set the cutting capacity you intend to claim in wood and in steel — buyers compare those two numbers directly. Decide whether the tool needs orbital action for faster straight cuts, a tool-free blade change system, a dust blower or extraction port, and a bevel facility for angled cuts. Confirm the blade type supplied and whether blades ship in the box, then the voltage class or corded rating, the plug standard and the packaging format.
One battery platform across the range
Because the jig saw shares the 21V platform, it adds a tool to your shelf without adding a battery line. That keeps your stocking cost down, keeps the spare-parts position simple, and gives a customer who already owns the battery a reason to buy the saw as a bare addition rather than switching brands for one tool.
Certification and quality control
Jig saws are built to the certification your destination requires, with CE, UL and GS across the range depending on the model. Pre-shipment inspection covers appearance, function, stroke performance, blade retention and the electrical safety tests the market enforces, with records available alongside the shipping documents.
MOQ, sampling and lead time
MOQ is 500 pieces per model, with sampling taking one to two weeks from specification agreement. The sample is free; the courier cost to your address is yours. Production runs one to two months from approval.
Tell us the materials, the cutting capacity and the price band — we will confirm the model, the blade system and a sampling plan.
