AETHEL

Mezcladoras de cemento

AETHEL supplies cement mixers for brands, importers, rental fleets and construction-focused ranges. Mixers sit at the practical end of the tool market: the buyer is a builder, a rental operator or a landscape contractor who needs the machine to start every morning and mix the same batch every time.

Our mixer programme is supplied under your brand with the drum, stand and packaging configuration your market buys.

What we build on the cement mixer line

The AL-CM series covers electric cement and mortar mixers in the drum capacities and body formats used across export markets, from compact portable units for small pours and repair work to larger machines for continuous site mixing. Mixers are supplied with the drum, frame and wheel arrangement suited to how your market sells them — bench-top, wheeled or stand-mounted — and with the motor and switch configuration the local power supply requires. Confirm whether your customers expect a mixing paddle, a stand or a wheel kit in the box, because mixer buyers compare what is in the carton as much as the machine itself.

How to specify a cement mixer order

Drum capacity is the first decision, and it should follow the job your customers actually do: small repair and landscaping work does not need a machine sized for continuous slab pouring. Then fix the motor power that capacity demands, the drum type for the material being mixed — concrete, mortar and plaster behave differently — and the frame or stand format. Check the switch and safety arrangement your market requires, the wheel and handle design if the machine has to be moved on site, then confirm voltage and plug standard and the packing format, including whether the unit ships assembled or flat-packed.

Private label and site-ready packaging

Your brand goes on the housing or drum, your colour on the frame, your rating label and manual in the box. Because mixers are bulky, packaging engineering matters: we build cartons that survive palletised container shipping without the frame arriving bent, and we pack the accessories your market expects as one sellable unit.

Certification and quality control

Mixers are built to CE, GS, UL and ETL requirements depending on the destination, with RoHS for European programmes. Pre-shipment inspection covers appearance, function, drum rotation and the electrical safety tests your market enforces; on larger units we also check the frame and welds before loading.

MOQ, sampling and lead time

Mixers are heavy, so freight drives the economics: MOQ tends to be set by container fill rather than by tooling, and custom colours or stands push it higher. Sampling first is standard — approve a pre-production machine, then the schedule runs from that date, with extra time allowed where new tooling or a bespoke frame is involved.

Fill the container from one supplier

Mixer buyers usually need breakers, grinders, drills and hammers on the same order. Taking the whole site kit from one manufacturer means one inspection standard, one set of documents and one shipment to track.

Tell us the drum capacity, material to be mixed and target price — we will propose the models and the stand or wheel configuration.

Frequently asked questions

What drum capacities can you supply?
Drum capacity in litres and drum type are the two things buyers compare. Send us the capacity you stock and we will confirm the model, motor rating and full specification for your catalogue.
Is the motor copper or aluminium wound?
Winding material is a real cost difference in this category and it shows up in service life, not on the carton. Tell us what your market expects and we will quote to that standard rather than to a price you cannot defend.
What is the MOQ, and how many fit in a container?
500 pcs per model. Mixer volumes are bulky, so loading quantity per container matters more here than in most categories — ask us for the QTY per 40'HQ before you finalise the order and we will calculate it for your mix.
Can the drum carry our brand?
Yes — drum colour, decal, nameplate, user manual and carton markings are all part of the private-label pack.
