Martillos rotativos
AETHEL supplies rotary hammers for brands, importers and contractor-focused ranges. Our programme covers the two classes the market buys: SDS-plus machines for the anchor, dowel and through-hole drilling that installers do all day, and SDS-max machines for larger diameters and light chiselling work.
Every model can carry your brand, your colour and your packaging. If you are building a rotary hammer range for a specific market, tell us the drilling diameters and the price band you need to hit — we will propose the models and the accessory kit that go with them.

What we build on the rotary hammer line
The AL-RH series covers SDS-plus and SDS-max classes with the handle styles buyers ask for — pistol grip for lighter tools, D-handle for the heavier end where two-handed control matters. Models can be supplied with a rotation-stop function for light chiselling, with or without a carry case, and with a chisel and drill-bit set included if your market expects a ready-to-sell kit rather than a bare tool. Published specifications are listed model by model below; ask us for the full parameter sheet — power, impact energy, drilling capacity, chuck system and vibration figures — for any model you shortlist.
How to specify a rotary hammer order
Start with the chuck system, because it decides the whole tool: SDS-plus is the volume choice for installation and MEP work, SDS-max for heavier concrete and breaking. Then fix the impact energy and the maximum drilling diameter your market actually asks for — overspecifying pushes the price up and rarely sells. Confirm whether you need rotation-stop for chiselling, the handle type, and whether the tool ships with a case and accessory set. Finally settle voltage and plug standard, cable length and packaging format, and tell us the accessory programme you want to attach: masonry bits, chisels, dust extraction or a full kit box.
Private label and kit building
Rotary hammers are usually sold as a system, so kit building matters more here than on most lines. We can assemble the tool with your chosen bits, chisels and case so it arrives as one SKU with one barcode, carrying your brand on the housing, your colour on the body, your rating label and your language manual.
Certification and quality control
Machines are built to the certification your market requires across CE, GS, UL and ETL, with RoHS for Europe. Each run is checked before shipment for appearance, function, hammer action and the electrical safety tests the destination demands, so a container is not held up by a paperwork gap at the port.
MOQ, sampling and lead time
MOQ follows the model and the depth of customisation — a logo and carton change is a lighter commitment than a new housing colour with a new kit configuration. We send a pre-production sample for approval first and run the production schedule from that sign-off, which keeps responsibility for the specification on a document you have actually seen.
Build the range, not just the tool
Most rotary hammer buyers also take angle grinders, demolition hammers and drills. Because we build across the whole power tool range — plus hand tools, garden tools and agricultural machinery — you can consolidate a container from one supplier without splitting your quality standard across five vendors.
Tell us the chuck system, drilling diameters and target price band — we will shortlist the models and quote an accessory kit to match.
Frequently asked questions
- What is the difference between an SDS-Plus and an SDS-Max rotary hammer?
- SDS-Plus takes bits up to roughly 12 mm and covers anchors and everyday fixings. SDS-Max is the heavier system for larger bits and for chiselling concrete. Tell us the hole range your market actually drills and we will recommend the platform instead of guessing.
- Can you supply both corded and cordless rotary hammers?
- Yes — corded models across the power range in our catalogue, and 21 V cordless models on our own battery platform. Cordless can be quoted as a kit or body-only if you already sell batteries in your market.
- What is the MOQ?
- 500 pcs per model, with mixed models inside the rotary hammer range accepted on a first order.
- Do the hammers come with a carry case and chisels?
- Standard packing is a colour box. A blow-moulded case and a matched chisel set can be specified as part of the private-label pack — agree them at quotation stage, because adding accessories after the packaging is printed is the expensive way to do it.
