What we build on the angle grinder line
The catalogue currently covers 13 models from 750 W through 1,000 W, 1,100 W and 1,200 W, all built for 100 / 115 / 125 mm discs at 10,000–11,000 RPM. Standard supply is 220–230 V, 50/60 Hz; net weight runs 1.9–2.2 kg depending on motor and body. Popular configurations include slim-body versions and models with constant electronic speed control, which holds RPM under load — a feature trade users notice immediately when they lean on the disc. A cordless 21V brushless 100mm model (AL-CG-001) runs on our shared battery platform and is listed below alongside the corded machines.
How to specify an angle grinder order

Disc size follows your market — 115 mm and 125 mm are the two volume sizes in most export markets, while 100 mm suits light-duty and DIY programmes. Private label is the default here, not an upgrade. Your brand goes on the housing, your colour scheme on the body, your rating label on the tool and your language manual in the box. We build the packaging artwork from your files and confirm a physical sample before mass production, so what you approve is what arrives.
Certification and quality control
Grinders are built to the standards your destination enforces — CE, GS, UL and ETL across the range, with RoHS for European programmes. Each production run is checked before shipment for appearance, function and the electrical safety tests the market requires, and inspection records can travel with your shipping documents.
MOQ, sampling and lead time
MOQ depends on the model and on how far you customise it: a logo-only order starts lower than a new housing colour plus new cartons. Sampling comes first — you approve a pre-production unit, and the production schedule runs from that approval, so nothing is built against an unconfirmed specification.

- 500 pcs per model. On a first order we can combine models inside the angle grinder range to reach the quantity — send us your target model list and we will confirm the split.
- Can you produce angle grinders under our own brand?
- Yes. Private label covers housing colour, printed nameplate, rating label, colour box, user manual and carton markings. A custom housing shape needs separate tooling and a longer lead time, so raise it early rather than after the artwork is set.
- Which disc sizes do you supply?

- How long does production take?
- Samples in one to two weeks; mass production typically one to two months from approved sample and deposit, depending on quantity and whether new tooling is involved. We confirm the schedule with the quotation rather than after the order.
