Moulds, dies and machined components are cut to the approved 3D data, then measured before any production run. This is where a project becomes yours — your housing profile, your colour, your branded detail. We manage the tooling schedule and hold the first sample against the drawing, because a mould that is 0.2 mm out is a defect repeated in every unit you will ever sell.

Armatures and stators are wound to the specified copper weight, turn count and wire gauge, then varnished and balanced. Motor winding is the least visible and most consequential process in a power tool: it decides torque, temperature rise under load and how long the tool lasts. Wound units are checked for resistance and insulation before they move to assembly.

Housings, handles, guards and battery packs are moulded in the colour matched to your Pantone reference. Moulding is where cosmetics are decided — flow lines, sink marks and batch-to-batch colour consistency — so the first-off parts from every run are checked against the approved standard before the batch is accepted.

Gears, shafts and spindles are cut, hardened and ground to tolerance. This is the part of a power tool a buyer cannot see and will judge you on anyway: gear noise, run-out and surface hardness decide whether the tool survives its warranty period. Critical dimensions are measured against the drawing and the records travel with your order.

Sub-assembly and final assembly run on the line, with in-line checks at the points that cause most field failures — switch function, bearing fit, gear alignment and electrical continuity. Every finished unit is function-tested before it is packed, and where your market requires it, the test is the one the destination regulation specifies.

Quality control runs through the order rather than at a single point. Incoming components are checked against specification before they reach the line — dimensions, ratings, certification marks and labelling — because that is the cheapest place to catch a problem. Finished units are then function-tested under load and inspected for appearance, accessories and labelling before the order is released for packing.

Units are packed to the artwork you approved, then the finished order is checked against the packing list and a loading check confirms the container matches the documents — so nothing is discovered after the ship has sailed. Stock, spares and repeat orders are held and picked from the same warehouse operation.
