What we build on the impact wrench line
Eight models cover the range: 150 Nm, 200 Nm and 250 Nm in 1/2-inch drive at 300 W; 350 Nm in 1/2-inch and 500 Nm in 3/4-inch at 600 W; 850 Nm and 1,100 Nm in 1-inch drive at 1,050 W; and a 2,500 Nm 1-inch heavy-duty unit at 2,800 W. Bolt capacity runs from M8–M12 on the compact end to M22–M30 on the heavy models, and no-load speeds sit between 1,400 and 1,900 RPM. Supply is 220 V, 50/60 Hz as standard, with the socket and accessory sets specified to your market. How to specify an impact wrench order
Match the torque figure to the real job: workshops doing passenger-car service rarely need more than 350 Nm, while truck, bus and plant maintenance lives in the 850–2,500 Nm band. The square drive follows the torque — 1/2-inch for general service, 3/4-inch and 1-inch for heavy work — and the drive decides which sockets your customer will need, so the socket set is part of the specification. Confirm the voltage and plug standard for your market, the cable length, whether the tool ships with a case, and the sockets or adaptors you want in the box.
Private label and workshop-ready kits
Impact wrenches sell on torque and on kit contents. We build the tool with your brand on the housing, your colour on the body, your rating label and manual, and assemble the socket or accessory set your market expects so the product arrives as one sellable SKU rather than a bare tool and a separate box of sockets.
Certification and quality control
Models are built to CE and EMC requirements, with the certification package extended to your destination's rules where needed. Pre-shipment inspection covers appearance, function, torque output and the electrical safety tests the market requires — on a tool sold on its torque figure, the output check is the one your customer will notice.
MOQ, sampling and lead time
MOQ starts from 50 pieces on selected models and runs to around 300 pieces on others, depending on the model and how far you customise it. Sampling comes first: approve a pre-production unit, then the schedule runs from that date. If you are building a torque ladder for one brand, order the range together so the colour, labelling and packaging stay consistent across every step.
