AETHEL

Marteletes Demolidores

AETHEL builds demolition hammers and electric breakers for rental fleets, contractor ranges and brands that sell into construction, renovation and civil work. These are the tools that run all day on site, so the buying decision is less about features and more about duty cycle, service life and how easily the machine is repaired.

Our demolition hammer line is supplied under your brand, with the packaging, accessory set and language documentation your market expects.

What we build on the demolition hammer line

The AL-DH series covers handheld electric breakers in the weight classes used for tile and screed removal, wall chasing, trenching and light to medium concrete breaking. Machines are supplied with the chisel system the job needs — hex or SDS-max shanks — and with or without a case, spare chisels and a grease kit. Tell us the application your customers actually buy for and we will point you at the right weight class rather than the biggest number on the page.

How to specify a demolition hammer order

The first question is duty cycle: a tool sold for occasional DIY breaking is not the same machine as one going into a rental fleet that runs daily. Then fix the weight class — heavier tools break faster but exhaust the operator — the chisel shank system, and whether you need a service kit in the box. Vibration control, handle design and serviceability are the details that decide whether a contractor buys the same model twice. Confirm voltage and plug standard, cable length, packing format and spare-part availability before you commit to a volume.

Private label, spares and after-sales

Your brand goes on the housing and the rating label, your colour on the body, your manual in the box. Because breakers are wear items, we also plan the spare-part list with you at the sampling stage — chisels, carbon brushes, switches and seals — so your after-sales counter is stocked from the same production run as the tools.

Certification and quality control

Breakers are built to the standards your destination enforces, across CE, GS, UL and ETL with RoHS for European programmes. Pre-shipment checks cover appearance, function, impact performance and the electrical safety tests the market requires; on heavier hammers we also run a loaded break-in so the machine is proven before it leaves the line.

MOQ, sampling and lead time

Because demolition hammers carry more tooling and more metal than a small power tool, MOQ sits higher than on drills or grinders, and custom housings push it up again. Sampling first is standard: you approve a pre-production machine, then the schedule starts from that approval date — worth building in extra weeks if your programme includes new colours, cartons or a bespoke accessory kit.

One supplier for the whole site kit

Contractors do not buy a breaker on its own. Pair it with rotary hammers, angle grinders and mixers from the same programme, and you fill a container under one inspection regime, one set of documents and one quality standard.

Send us the application, weight class and target price — we will confirm the model, the chisel system and the spare-part list.

Frequently asked questions

What size demolition hammers do you make?
The range covers light breaking on renovation work up to heavy concrete duty, with hex and SDS-Max chucks depending on the model. Tell us the application your customers bring the tool to and we will point you at the right class.
Which chisels and points fit?
Hex and SDS-Max tooling depending on the model. We can supply a matched chisel and point set in the same shipment, which is usually what a distributor wants so the tool is sellable on day one.
What is the MOQ?
500 pcs per model. Mixed models inside the demolition hammer range can be combined on a first order.
Can we buy spare parts for after-sales?
Yes. Carbon brushes, switches, armatures and field coils can ship with the order or as a follow-up spare-parts shipment. Tell us what your after-sales plan needs and we will build the spare-parts list into the quotation.
